How to Use:
Prepare Furniture:
Lift one corner of the furniture piece you want to move.
Place Sliders:
Place a slider under each corner of the furniture piece. Ensure the smooth side of the slider is facing the floor.
Lower Furniture:
Lower the furniture back down onto the sliders gently. Each slider should be positioned securely under each corner.
Move Furniture:
Push or pull the furniture in the desired direction. The sliders reduce friction, allowing the furniture to glide effortlessly across the floor.
Reposition Sliders:
If needed, reposition the sliders as you move the furniture to ensure smooth movement.
Delivery
We offer free "Drop-Off" delivery for all orders over $100 before taxes, regardless of the number of items. Once you place an order online, we will contact you before the delivery day to confirm the delivery date and time frame. Alternatively, you can call us at 519-745-6996.

Delivery Options
We offer two types of delivery service: "Scheduled Drop-Off" and "Scheduled Room of Choice." Both services are scheduled, meaning you will be contacted 1 or 2 days before the delivery to confirm the time frame. If the scheduled time does not work for you, we can arrange an alternative date.
- Drop-Off Delivery: Free. This service includes leaving the product(s) at your porch/garage if it’s a house, at the lobby if it’s an apartment building, or at your doorstep if it’s a townhouse. You will be informed about the arrival of your order, allowing you to meet the driver at the lobby if you prefer not to leave it in the mail/parcel room or with the concierge/security. Our "Drop-Off" delivery is typically handled by one person.

Room of Choice Delivery: $79 + tax. This service includes delivery to the room of your choice inside your home, with the product(s) left in the original packaging. If you book our assembly service, you can opt out of this fee.
Canada-Wide Shipping (Small volume items)
Small volume items are eligible for a flat fee of $29 for Canada-wide shipping. Examples include Artificial plants, Lamps, Accent tables, End Tables, Pillows, Mattress Toppers, Mattress protectors, Door mats, Dining Chairs, Bar Stools, Counter-height Stools, Metal Frames, Office Chairs, and Coat Racks . Please note that rural areas are excluded from this eligibility.

1-year Free warranty offers comprehensive coverage for any manufacturing defects. Rest assured, we handle all aspects of the warranty process, from convenient pickup to swift and hassle-free delivery. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Return policy
Our return policy extends for 30 days, during which you may initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To qualify, please ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original packaging and have not been previously assembled. We offer a home pickup service for a nominal fee of $49 plus tax, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.
