All our products come with at least a 1 YEAR FREE WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. Some items come with a longer period with up to 10 years of free warranty available for certain items.
If you need to claim a warranty for a manufacturing defect for an item(s) you received within a year, please email our service department at email@example.com and include your Order # and pictures for the issue. Our service Department will reply within 48 hours with the solution.

Our Return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Manufacturer defects we guarantee for 1 year or more depending on the product and will do our best to assist you. In order to assist you, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We proudly stand behind our products quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on pillows, mattresses, or mattress covers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in (unassembled) inside the original packaging.
Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and money returned within one (1) working day.
Except for manufacturer defects, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
