    1. General questions

    What is the status of my order?

    Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received and are processing your order.

    Once your order is ready for delivery we will send you a text message or give you a call to confirm with you the expected delivery date as well as the time within that day that it will be delivered

    Can I change my order?

    We can only change orders that have not been processed for delivery yet.

    1. Payment

    What payment methods do you accept?

    You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

    We additionally offer support for PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

    You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

    Are there any financing options?

    Yes, we do offer 0% interest financing for 3-months installments through PayBright, please choose "Paybright" at checkout as your payment method. read more

    1. Delivery Process

    Where do you deliver?

    We currently deliver within our reach in South-Eastern Ontario. Generally the range consists of around two hours dive from our Kitchener and Mississauga Locations. The list of big cities that we can reach can be found at our delivery page.

    For shipping outside of these cities, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

    How long does it take to ship my order?

    Most of our orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 3 weeks depending on the items in the order and the destination city and the Stock availability. Some items are available for same day pickup. When you place an order online, we will contact you to update you with the delivery date and time. Alternatively, you can call in at (519) 745-6996.

    1. Warranty

    Do my items have a warranty?

    All our products come with at least 1 YEAR FREE WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. Payless Furniture will repair or replace any piece of furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship. for more details please visit our Warranty policy page.

    How can I claim this warranty?

    If you need to claim a warranty for a manufacturing defect for an item(s) you received within a year, please email our service department at service@onpaylessfurniture.ca and include your Order # and pictures of the issue. Our service Department will reply within 2 business days with the proposed solution. for more details please visit our Warranty policy page.

    What are the requirements for a warranty claim?

    We require a minimum of 2 pictures of your product. Please ensure we have the following pictures to prevent delays in processing your claim:

    • Overall photo of the product (at least 1 m far from the product).
    • Photo of the issue being claimed.
    • Clear pictures of the entire box and packaging (incase of receiving a damaged product).

    Accidental or incidental damage, abuse, misuse, negligence and discolouration from light or sunlight will not be covered under this FREE warranty. Natural wear of fabrics may occur over time and are not considered manufacturing defects. 

    Warranty does not apply if you damage your product while putting it together or if you do not put it together correctly, resulting in damage later.

    1. Returns

    What is your return policy?

    Our Return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Manufacturer defects we guarantee for 1 year or more depending on the product and will do our best to assist you. In order to assist you, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. for more details please visit our Return policy page.

    What are the requirements for a return?

    To be eligible for a return, your item has to be in the original packaging and not previously assembled.

    When will we be refunded for returns?

    Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and money returned within one (1) working day.

    Do I have to bring the returned item to the store, or will you pick it up?

    Except for manufacturer defects, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    My Coupon Code isn't working?

    Most of the coupons do have a minimum order value, please check the advertisement for details.

    What is the weight capacity for your Bunk Beds?

    They all range between 200 - 250 lbs for top bunk, 400 - 450 lbs for the bottom bunk.

    Which bed size is right for my room?

    You typically want to leave a minimum of 30 inches on all sides of your bed so you can move around it comfortably. This handy rule of thumb can help you determine if your bedroom is large enough for the bed you want.

    Can a full-size bed fit two adults?

    While some couples find full-size beds sufficient for their needs, full mattresses are designed to accommodate solitary sleepers. For two people living in a small apartment, a full-size bed may do the trick, but a queen-size bed is a much better option if you have the room for one

    Is a double mattress the same as a full?

    Yes, full-size mattresses are sometimes called double mattresses. A mattress of either name will measure 54 inches wide by 75 inches long.

    What is the Height of the foundation of your platform Beds?

    Most of our Platform beds foundations' are between 9" to 11" high from the ground.

    What are the dimensions of the different sizes of Mattresses?

    King Beds 76 in x 80 in = 193.04 cm x 203.2 cm

    Queen Beds 60 in x 80 in = 152.4 cm x 203.2 cm

    Full/Double Beds 54 in x 74 in = 137.16 cm x 190 cm

    Twin XL Beds 39 in x 80 in = 99.06 cm x 203.2 cm

    Twin/Single Beds 39 in x 74 in = 99.06 cm x 190 cm

    I found my Mattress smaller than the Bed Frame I got for the same size?

    Usually there is a air gap between the Mattress and the frame of the bed which makes it easy to tuck in the sheets and/or blankets.

    What is a platform bed?

    A platform bed is an alternative bedframe that features a supportive surface in the form of a solid, raised platform or slats that the mattress directly rests upon. It negates the need for a box spring like that of a traditional frame.

    Do I need a Box spring with the Platform Bed?

    You do not need a box spring for a platform bed. Due to its supportive design, any mattress can be placed directly on a platform bed without the need for a box spring or foundation.
