Delivery & Assembly

To ensure that you have a great shopping experience, we offer Free delivery for all orders above $100 before taxes, regardless of the number of items.

Delivery does not include assembly which could be added as an extra service.

When you place an order online, we will contact you prior to the delivery day in order to update you with the delivery date and timeframe. Alternatively, you can call in at 519-745-6996.

Zone 1: (1 -> 2 weeks)

Ayr, Bolton, Bramalea, Brampton, Brantford, Burlington, Caledonia, Cambridge, East York, Elora, Erin, Etobicoke, Fergus, George town, GTA, Guelph, HaltonHills, King City, Kitchener, Lincoln, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, New Hamburg, North York, Oakville, Paris, RichmondHill, Roseville, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Waterloo, Wellesley, York.

Zone 2: (1 -> 3 weeks)

Ajax, Arthur, Aurora, Aylmer, Barrie, Brant, Caledon, Chatham, Grand Bend, Hamilton, Ingersoll, Listowel, London, Newmarket, Niagara, Orangeville, Oshawa, Pickering, Simcoe, St Catharines, St Thomas, Stratford, Tavistock, Tottenham, Waterford, Windsor, Woodstock.

Delivery Options

We have 2 types of delivery service, "Scheduled Drop-off" and "Scheduled Room of choice". Both of them are “Scheduled” which means that you will be contacted prior (1 or 2 days before) of the delivery day to be informed about the delivery time frame and if it doesn't work for you, it could be re-scheduled for a further date.

The “Room of choice” delivery includes taking the product(s) inside your home to the room of your choice and leaving it there in the original packaging (unless you booked our assembly service as well), whereas the “Drop-off" Delivery only includes leaving the product(s) at your Porch/Garage if it's a house, or at the Lobby if it's an apartment building, or at your doorstep if it's a townhouse. In all cases you will be informed about the arrival of the order so that you can meet the driver at the lobby if you prefer not leaving it with the concierge/security. Our “Drop-off” Delivery is usually a one-man on the truck delivery.

Shipping Quotes

If your city is not listed above, that means that we do not deliver to you, however if you are willing to pay for shipping, please email us your item(s) and your address and we will get back to you in 1-2 days with a quotation for shipping your order to either a nearby warehouse (if you can pickup) or to your home. 

Assembly and Packaging Removal Service

The Assembly and Packaging Removal service is a complementary service separate from the delivery service and is offered in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are uninterested in this additional service, all products come with assembly instructions when needed.

 

As the Assembly Service is separate from the Delivery Service, they may be scheduled at different times. We apologize for any inconveniences this may incur.

Please make sure that any room in which you will be having furniture items assembled is free of all furniture and residents at the time of delivery.
