Our delivery rates are flat, charged once per order, no matter how many items are in your order.
Our delivery includes placing your furniture in the room of your choice in the original packaging and doesn't include assembly (in case assembly is required) or removal of your old furniture which could be arranged by request for an extra charge (Call us to ask about our Affordable Assembly + Packaging/Old Mattress removal service).
We usually do our KW / Guelph / Cambridge Deliveries on SATURDAY, and sometimes we can do SAME DAY DELIVERY if we have your item/s in-stock, once you place your order, we will contact you to arrange the earliest convenient time for you. (or you can call before placing the order).

We stock a limited number of items at our store, but we showcase on our website all "available to order" items, They are 95% - 97% in stock and it takes us 2 - 5 working days to get them. If you would prefer to check availability before you place your order, you are more than welcome to give us a call or an email and we can confirm if your item is in stock at our suppliers.
Not every item shown on our website is displayed in our showroom. We try our best to showcase an item from every group, but if you have a specific item in mind that you would like to see, you can always give us a call and check to see if it is displayed on the floor.

All our products come with at least 1 YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturing defects, some items come with longer period, reaching up to 20 years of free warranty.
Our Return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless it's a manufacturer defect since we guarantee our products for 1 year or more depending on the product. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We proudly stand behind our products for quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons, Unless for a manufacturer defect, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on pillows, mattresses, or Mattress covers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Except for manufacturer defects, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
