30 days returns, item(s) has to be put back in the original packaging and not previously assembled to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returning back the item(s) to our warehouse is the client's responsibility, However, -if needed- we offer a pickup service for $49+tax to be deducted from the refund.

i am a little apprehensive when ordering online but your customer service, both online and on the telephone, was exceptional. the delivery was also great, arriving well before we expected. and on the day of arrival, the mattress was delivered ontime. i called out to the driver to thank him because by the time we got to the door, he was back at his truck. he came around to our side and waved, taking the time to acknowledge us. i have to say that the mattress is a little softer thank i expected but we are still pleased with it! thank you, all!

I don’t think as a senior living alone in a rent geared place it should cost 80 dollars for one guy to have put it in the elevator for one floor it was. It heavy. If I had known how light it was I could have pushed it around myself. So much for it being g on sale. If it’s heavy and requires 2-3 people ok but that was just a rip off.

They had several different colors to choose from, which also meant I did not have to purchase a mattress cover. I saved even more money due to this. I made the purchase through their very easy on-line website as they had to have the item shipped to their location on Colby Street. The mattress was ready to be picked up in just a couple of days. The mattress was covered in a plastic protective bag to keep it clean while shipping. The gentleman at the store even put it in my car for me. The company was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The futon mattress is very nice and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be going back to purchase some other furniture in the very near future.
