Easy purchase and delivery - the team was courteous and efficient. Instructions could have been more clear. Managed to build the bed in just over 2 hours. Recommend having a power drill. Other than that, very happy and would recommend the service of Payless Furniture.

This is a great bed frame. Better quality than I expected, because the price was so reasonable. Delivery was amazing. Driver notified ahead as I had requested. He arrived on time and offered to bring the 3 boxes into my home. I was only expecting a drop-off at the door. On my own (I am a young woman of 67) I was able to assemble all the drawers one evening and the next day assembled the bed frame. It was very easy, the instructions were pretty clear. I choose to keep my current box spring for the time being. It does make the bed very high. If I should change my mind at a later date, I can install the slats and place the mattress directly on the slats. The reason for this is I find it easier to make / change the bed when it is higher. Less bending and lifting of the mattress to tuck the sheets in.

Bed took time to assemble but was quite easy. Love the amount of drawer space. Headboard is great quality. The entire bed is great. Would definitely recommend to a friend !

It’s really great I love it . Having extra drawers to put stuff in always makes it better. The price was super reasonable and the quality was perfect. Not a dent scratch or anything wrong with the furniture. I highly recommend!!!
