Description
- A box spring is essential for your mattress primarily if your bed does not provide adequate support. Without proper support, your mattress will not perform as intended and could even void your warranty.
- A box spring may not be required If your bed foundation already has a supportive slat or platform system, but it can still be used to increase the overall height of your bed.
- Our box spring is actually a solid wooden foundation; it doesn't contain any springs. It's padded, meaning that there are no gaps between the wooden slats which is required by some mattress warranty policies, this feature prevents the mattress from sagging between the slats.
- Also Available in 5-inch, and 2-inch.
- The price for the split foundation (Box Spring Queen or King) is for the 2 boxes together not for each half.

I don’t regret this purchase. Was initially worried it wouldn’t fit the bed frame but you can see from the picture that it did and looks great. Everything is great! The box springs went straight upstairs (this was replacing a full queen box spring that wouldn't fit up our stairs!) and on to the bed. The delivery man was very prompt and friendly, and gave us a 15-minute warning before he arrived.

I bought this as a guest bed and the quality for the price was the deciding factor. I had seen other beds for roughly around the same price but not as comfy.
